At Pilates for YOU the goal is to provide my clients with an exceptional personalized Pilates program.  All levels of experience are welcome and I create an individualized plan for each person.  We will discuss objectives and design a process to achieve a successful outcome for you.  I am able to work with most types of personal injuries or disabilities and offer a strategy to strengthen and rehabilitate your body to reach it's highest potential.

The health benefits of Pilates include: improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body) balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body, with a focus on spinal protection.
